History

The following summarizes my roles over 30 years.
• Managerial roles have included product and project management, lead engineer, requirements management, and software quality assurance management.
• Analytic roles have been tactical, strategic, and enterprise-wide applications of operations research, systems, methods and knowledge engineering, mathematics, and statistics.
• Software systems roles have covered all SDLC phases within several computational tiers and development environments (including www) using agile methodologies.
• Software and analytic projects attained the SEI/CMMI Level 5 (Optimizing) certification in 2004 based upon quantitatively robust processes that delivered quality products while meeting increased requirements with constrained resources.
• Communication roles have included management reports, authoring and presentation of topical papers for conferences and workshops, and technical writing.
